Deposit

Please enclose a deposit of 25% of total cost or €200, whichever is greater, to confirm booking. The balance is due two calendar months prior to date of rental.

 

Personal cheques or postal money orders are acceptable in your local currency. Bank fees will be deducted and the exchange rate of the day of receipt will be credited to your account. Because currency values fluctuate, your deposit may be worth more or less than when you sent it. Final settlement of your account will be after arrival at the Coole. You may be lucky and be owed some money, or conversely, the currency exchange rates may have gone against you and you may owe the difference.

Cancellations

If received 28 days days prior to date of commencement of hire period, money will be refunded less administrative fee of €40 Irish. If cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to rental date, no refund will be made.

Conditions of Hire

1. Upon receipt of this Booking Form and your deposit a reservation will be held for you.

2. A deposit of 25% of total cost or 200 Euro - whichever is greater - is expected to confirm booking, balance due two calendar months prior to date of rental.

3. Cancellations:

No refund will be made on deposits paid or on full balance. It is advised that travel insutance is taken.

4. Arrival & Departure:

Arrival is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm on starting day of hire. Departure is 10:00am on the day of departure. Please phone if delayed, or phone or email us at info@waterfordcottages.com in advance if you know you will arrive late.

5. Electricity is metered and the cost payable by the hirer before departure. Costs vary depending on usage and time of year but generally average around €16 per week.

6. High Chair and Cot (baby crib) available on request. Bedlinen is included. Towels not supplied. Communal Laundry Room on premises.

7. Owners Rights:

The management reserve the right to refuse to hand over a holiday home to any person, who in the opinion of the management, is not suitable to take charge. Children are to be supervised with respect to the gardens and flowers.

8. The number of persons stated on the reservation form may not be exceeded without permission.

9. The Cottage must be left as it is found. Clients are expected to leave the cottage clean and tidy, otherwise a charge of €30 Euro will be made.

10. The cost of any repairs or replacement of property will be the responsibility of the client.

11. Pets on discussion. Cost €30 per week per pet.
